VIdeo: Kanye Says Sorry on New Leno
That was Kanye apologizing on the new Jay Leno show.
It doesn't seem like a conversation between two adults. It's more like a teacher talking to a 3rd grader, that did something unacceptable. "What would your mom think?" Really? I know how much Kanye's mom meant to him, and that he lost her early on in his life, but does he really need someone to bring her up for him to figure out how much he fucked up?
Sidenote: How fucking lucky is Leno? He was always number two to Letterman, but then Leno got Hugh Grant on the show right after Grant got caught with a hooker. After that show Leno leapfrogged Letterman for good. Leno went on to be number one for 14 straight years.
Now, on the first night of Leno's new show, he gets Kanye the day after he made a gigantic ass out of himself. This is not as big as a controversy as Hugh getting a blow-job, but there was no internet back then. With the internet buzz around this Kanye thing, this situation is probably equal to, or more popular than Grant's escapades. Another reason why Kanye's might be more intriguing is that we all witnessed it happen rigth in front of our eyes. None of us actually saw Grant pull over in his car and get a hummer, but we all saw Kanye ruin a 19 year old's dream. Anyways, Leno is a lucky fuck!
